In the age of information technology and thanks to the advancements of the internet, anyone can become self-educated and continuously learn in a field that piques their interest. This is a great opportunity that we can take advantage of today. I am a naturally curious individual. Since my early childhood, I was captivated by the process of creating new toys with my Lego blocks. It's truly eye-opening how a simple toy can reshape one's perspective on how things work. Later, this sparked curiosity led me to engage with computer hardware at the age of 16 when I started learning the basics of electronic mobile devices and component soldering in a technical course at Artur Alvin station in São Paulo. At that time, I didn't have a car, so I had to wake up at 5:50 AM to take a bus (and a subway) to arrive at the course on time. Life wasn't easy.

Nonetheless, nothing could stop me from continuously advancing and building my career. After school, I began working in a technical assistance department in Penha-Guarulhos (SP). In this job, I had to deal directly with customers and repair their mobile devices. Sometimes there were unusual cases, like when a client wanted to unlock her husband's cell phone just to find out if he was cheating on her. Life was getting interesting (laughs).

Times have changed, and I started to become more mature and began my bachelor's course at UTFPR. Missing my family and friends yelled out loud. I was living 23 hours away from home by bus. But it was worth it. Besides the great course, I met new people and started to enjoy electronic music and attend festivals (at that time, I didn't know I would become a DJ for a while).

However, my interest in various fields, such as music, led me to start studying guitar chords and electronic music composition. My playlist was a mix of Daft Punk with Pink Floyd (quite eclectic, right?). Due to this, my bachelor's thesis aimed to recognize guitar chords for scale generation using some artificial intelligence (please don't ask me if TensorFlow existed at that time). After going through a selection process, I managed to go to Europe and started my double degree at both universities. Thus, my master's thesis focused on the HoloLens device was born. This opened doors for me later on. Working with Magic Leap and living in Amsterdam was a dream, and I achieved it with the Erasmus program.

Currently, I live in São Paulo and finally near my family. Now, I am open to new opportunities and experiences in life. Thank you for reading a short part of my life. Because life goes on!

Game Development

Game development experience with Unity3D. I can make a Desktop, WebGL, Android or iOS Game using C# language, Animations, Particles Effect and Shaders.

Virtual Reality Development

Working in the field of I&D since 2018. I'm used to reading and writing papers using the overleaf, a LaTeX platform and content related to XR/3D and immersive technologies. Also, lectures, translation of content for schools, and collection of data usage.

Audio Editing

Experience with digital audio workstations (FL Studio/Ableton Live), noise filter, audio effects, sound composition, eletronic music themes and FFMpeg for faster convertion of audio and video streamings.

Douro Virtual

Developed to a Science Center Museum in Bragança, Douro Virtual is one of the main exhibitions of virtual eco-tourism in Oculus Quest device. The VR experience enables the visitants to explore the fauna and flora during the cruise of "Arribes del duero-douro" in 360 degrees.

Smart River

Developed to a Science Center Museum in Bragança, Smart River is one of the main exhibitions of river quality monitoring. The Desktop application allows the visitants to verify the water and ambiente temperature, conductivity, humidity, and pH of the Fervença river "Rio Fervença".

Blender

Blender is software that enables 3D modeling, texture, 3D sculpture. I personally use this platform also to make some polygon reduction and integration within Unity engine. The follow link you can find some basic 3D models made with the software.

Da Vinci VR Museum is an immersive experience that allows the visualization of some of the arts of renaissance artist Leonardo Da Vinci. This project was developed to HTC Vive device using XRInteraction and 3D models made in Blender.
